Hi, I'm Laura — a certified life and wellness coach, and the person behind Next Level You's burnout recovery work.


I know what it feels like to run on empty. To keep showing up, keep giving, keep holding it together for everyone else — until one day you realize you can't remember the last time you felt like yourself. That's the place so many of the women I work with are in when we start together, and it's a place I've been too.
