We're Laura and Krista, best friends and business partners who built this space from our own lived experience navigating relationships that were hard, complicated, and sometimes exactly what we needed. Laura brings her work in burnout recovery and relationship reclamation coaching.
Krista brings her background in attachment, intimacy, and relationship coaching — including her own experience loving someone across distance and time zones.
Next Level You holds two paths under one roof: coaching, for the emotional and relational work of finding your way back to yourself and each other; and Next Level Intimacy, our curated wellness collection, for the physical side of that same journey. Different formats, same mission.
