REFUND POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we take health, hygiene, and safety seriously. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any item once it has shipped. All sales are final.

Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nextlevelintimacy.ca with a photo or video clearly showing the defect. Once verified, we will provide an exchange for the same item. If that item is no longer available, we will issue an account credit for a future purchase.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of what you received, and we will correct the error at no cost to you.

How to Request an Exchange or Credit

Email support@nextlevelintimacy.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video of the item. We'll confirm next steps once your request is reviewed and approved.

Processing Time

Approved exchanges are reshipped, and account credits are applied, within 5-10 business days of approval.
