SHIPPING POLICY

Discreet Packaging - always.
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, product names, or indication of contents visible on the outside. Your billing statement will also show a discreet, neutral descriptor.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship Canada-wide.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location within Canada. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more before taxes.
Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we aren't responsible for delays caused by the courier, we will work with you to locate a lost package or send a replacement if it does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe.
